Summary:
One of the physical therapy programs and methods that allows the beneficiary to feel the freedom of movement and standing when in the water and works to relieve pain, stimulate relaxation and reduce muscle tension, and treat problems of the musculoskeletal system. Efaa is unique in this program at the regional level by having a water therapy pool, swimming pool, and a program for sterilization and disinfection of water on an ongoing basis to provide the highest levels of safety and prevent the spread of infection, and the presence of a lifeguard and trainer certified by the Arab Federation for Diving and Rescue Activities continuously while the beneficiaries are in the water to provide safety and prevention factors.

Summary:
It is one of the applied medical branches that contribute to the rehabilitation of the patient by developing an integrated treatment program that includes different treatment methods that work to help people restore range of motion and function, relieve pain and strengthen muscles for beneficiaries who suffer from diseases and problems resulting from exposure to motor dysfunction or injuries, whether due to general accidents, cars and sports fields, in addition to diseases of the nervous and motor system such as cases of cerebral palsy in its various types, polio and its consequences, strokes, and diseases of the skeletal, musculoskeletal and nervous systems and disabilities to enable them to perform daily activities and return to normal life and help adapt to the environment using various techniques and means of physical therapy.
Services:
• Examination and evaluation of functional motor disorders specific to each case.
• Preparing and implementing appropriate treatment programs for each case using various natural therapeutic methods, whether motor, manual, water, electrical therapy and assistive devices, and following up on them.
• Preparing and implementing rehabilitation programs after surgical operations, whether for the spine, joints and ligaments of all kinds, or sports injuries.
• Strengthening the remaining main motor abilities, such as the ability to stand, walk, hold, and maintain balance to improve daily lifestyle and self-reliance.
• Providing the beneficiary with the natural abilities he has lost, initially or partially, instead of losing them completely, by implementing the necessary therapeutic rehabilitation programs and facilitating their actual contribution to society.
