It was established in 1441 AH at the headquarters of the Ifaa Rehabilitation Association and under the supervision of the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training with license number (2050128484). It is distinguished by providing developmental training courses, rehabilitation programs, and awareness initiatives for all segments of society and by providing high-quality services to raise competencies and the level of productivity according to international quality standards.

The beginning of the training period is determined according to the approved training plans, in accordance with the training calendar.
