Under the generous patronage of Her Highness Princess Abir bint Faisal bin Turki, Efaa held the Spark Elite Ladies of the Eastern Province Gala, which provided the community with the opportunity to embark on a journey that illuminates for them the finest and most unforgettable humanitarian ideas and projects.
