Efaa organized the “Let’s Walk” Marathon at its headquarters in Dammam, an event launched annually by the Jeddah Aid Center on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The marathon was launched in four categories, including (walkers, wheelchairs, walking for those under eight years old or those with health restrictions, and walking for those over eight years old).
